I support women with their mental health and wellbeing in pregnancy and postpartum

As a therapist and mum, I know first-hand what a challenging transition motherhood is. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting others in the perinatal period— helping you navigate the difficult moments, build resilience, and discover greater confidence and joy in your motherhood journey.

I started to train as a therapist in my mid-twenties, after first studying chemistry and working in the corporate world. My decision to retrain was inspired by my own experiences with therapy and its transformative power in alleviating distress and fostering personal growth. Since embarking on my training over six years ago, I’ve been passionately immersed and invested in the world of mental health and personal development ever since.

More recently, since becoming a mum myself, I’ve undertaken further specialist training to support clients during the perinatal period. This decision was shaped by my own personal experience of how destabilising and emotionally confronting this time can be. This gave me a desire to expand my knowledge on maternal mental health to support myself and others in pregnancy and postpartum.
